We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join a fast growing company based in the Flavourings sector.
聽
We are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism to existing and prospective customers. The Sales Executive will take care of a database of existing customer accounts who require varying levels of support as well as exploring new business opportunities. Day to day servicing of the account base will be the main duties required but there will be opportunities to develop and grow a number of these accounts with guidance and support from senior sales members. 聽You will be responsible for product knowledge, answering customer queries and building rapport and relationships with key customer contacts in order to identify opportunities. (70% existing customers 聽30% new)
The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales position within the food industry/ ingredient sector. Full training and development plans will be offered for the successful candidate along with clear progression opportunities. 聽The role requires someone who is confident, tenacious and eager to learn and succeed in a commercial discipline. 聽There is an attractive salary package on offer with a lucrative bonus system

Sales Executive Experience Required:
路Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
路Proactive approach and professional attitude to work, but an ability to relax within the structure of the company
路Confident communicator who is able to engage with customers and present in front of a room full of people
路Ability to understand and analyse sales reports
路聽Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
路聽Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends
路At least 5 years in a sales position within the food industry, ingredients would be a bonus

My Client can be flexible on remote working but you would need to be in the office min 2 days a week
