A Service Helpdesk is required to join a property services company working on a temp-to-perm contract in Bristol. As a Service Helpdesk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support by ensuring all aspects of company records (including employee and health and safety) are up-to-date and efficient, and ensuring that files, records, and daily activities are completed on time, correctly and efficiently. Responsibilities include working alongside the helpdesk during busy periods to ensure that jobs are logged on the systems, clients are updated, and jobs are closed using portals, completing, maintaining, and filing records, uploading and managing documents, making and receiving calls, and assisting other office staff with duties as required.
The successful candidate will have at least a C grade or equivalent in GCSE English and Maths, be IT literate, have good organisational and time-management skills, be able to manage workload and meet deadlines, be consistent and thorough with paperwork completion, be able to work independently and as a team, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
