The Role

We’re looking for a proactive Site Visit Operative to conduct utility meter data collection at client sites across the UK, supporting accurate carbon reporting for our customers. This role primarily covers the South West and includes some overnight stays (around 30-40 nights per year).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect meter data and photographic evidence at client sites across the UK
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure all required data is gathered
  • Adapt to requests for additional information and adjust route plans as needed
  • Submit accurate data on time to meet reporting deadlines
  • Plan visit schedules, including travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Collaborate with the Site Visit and AJR teams to meet data collection requirements

We are looking for a motivated, detail-orientated individual comfortable working independently and on-site with clients. About you:

  • Prepared to work outdoors, with substantial walking involved
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a professional attitude
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to build positive relationships and adapt to challenges
  • Holds essential qualifications, including GCSEs in English and Mathematic and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving license, and solid geographical knowledge of the UK
