We’re seeking Skilled Fabricators to work with advanced materials and industry-leading equipment, contributing to the production of world-class aircraft parts.

How You’ll Contribute

· Work with materials including titanium, aluminium, and stainless steel for Airbus aircraft.

· Produce parts with a ‘right first time’ approach.

· Clear work phases promptly using the SAP system.

· Highlight non-conformances to the Process Team Leader.

· Adhere to GKN Aerospace’s Quality and Health & Safety procedures.

· Maintain first-party inspection approval (subject to A Stamp certification).

· Ensure excellent housekeeping and compliance with risk assessments.

What You’ll Bring

· Recognised apprenticeship and NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).

· Experience in a manufacturing environment.

· Ability to follow standard operating procedures and collaborate in small teams.

· Self-motivation, teamwork, and strong communication skills.

· Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.

· Experience operating CNC machinery and swaging pipework.
