We are recruiting for an outstanding opportunity for a stock condition surveyor on a permanent basis. Offering excellent working conditions this role will be agile working and will be to undertake stock condition surveys on houses, flats and blocks.

-Undertake condition survey to determine life cycles

-HHSRS

-Visual compliance checks

-Validations

-Asbestos validations

-Capturing accurate asset management information

Candidates should have experience of working as a surveyor, have experience of HHSRS or be prepared to undertake training and either have a P402 or be prepared to undertake a course to get one, which would be provided.
