Operations Manager

Monday - Friday between the hours of 6am - 4pm (Typically the team finish at 2pm, however flexibility is required if needed.)
Based in Avonmouth (Company vehicle to be used in the working day, to be picked up and returned to the Avonmouth site daily.)
Salary - £30000 - £35000 (dependant on experience, quarterly bonus paid on company performance.)
We are excited to be recruiting for a brand-new role with our client who specialise in exterior cleaning. They are Bristol’s longest established family-owned exterior cleaning business and are looking for someone to really embrace this role and make it their own.Here you will be joining a team with a real family feel and a passion for the industry in which they operate. You will be an organised and efficient individual, ideally with management experience within the cleaning industry.
Everyone here works as one big team, therefore if you are happy to manage operations whilst getting involved with day-to-day exterior cleaning duties (1-2 days per week), we would love to hear from you.
Day to day duties:
- Oversee day to day operations to include scheduling work and managing a team of 6 Exterior Technicians
- Complete site visits to maintain standards of work, to include spot checks and client meetings, building strong working relationships
- Complete review meetings with reports
- Act as an escalation point for the team to manage any day-to-day problems
- Deal with any escalated complaints from clients
- Work closely with the senior management and administration team
- Complete appraisals and 1-1’s
- 1-2 days per week cleaning (Exterior - roofs, gutters, windows, stone, cladding, render and paving)
