Reed is recruiting on behalf of an independent family-owned company that supplies the catering sector. We are looking for a Telesales Executive based in East Bristol on a full time, permanent basis.

You will primarily engage in outbound calling to existing customer accounts to collect orders for next-day delivery, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and maximising sales opportunities.

Annual Salary: £11.75 per hour (Full time 37.5 hours - £22,912.50pa) with an up to £3k annual bonus, paid monthly (part individual and part team)

Standard working hours, Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.00 pm.

Duties:

Outbound calling to existing customer accounts to collect orders

Deliver excellent customer service while maximising sales opportunities to develop and grow the business

Develop new business accounts in collaboration with the field sales team

Handle face-to-face interactions with customers at the trade counter as required

Undertake a variety of administrative tasks daily, including answering incoming calls, raising credits, and liaising with other departments

Maintain flexibility to accommodate fluctuating workloads due to team absences or holidays

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Customer service and/or telesales experience

Good IT skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good time management & ability to prioritise workload
