Responsibilities of a Telesales Executive
路 Making outbound calls to our online enquiries (warm leads only)
路 Building rapport with customers
路 Qualifying that our products are suitable
路 Explaining the company and product benefits
路 Booking appointments for our demonstrators to show the customer products
Their employees come with a wealth of different experiences and whilst call centre and/or telesales experience is desirable it is not essential. As a Telesales Executive we're looking for individuals who:
路 Have an excellent telephone manner
路 Are able to build rapport with customers along with being patient
路 Are reliable, trustworthy and motivated

Hours required of a Telesales Executive: Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm and every other Saturday for which you receive a day in lieu during that week. It is also one Sunday shift every 3 months for which you鈥檒l also receive a lieu day.
