Key Responsibilities:As an Insurance Lead Generation Specialist, you will focus on identifying and qualifying potential clients through outbound calls, turning them into warm leads for the sales team. You will work closely with the marketing team to align with current campaigns and provide initial product information. Your role will also involve nurturing client relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or lead generation, preferably in the insurance sector
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into leads
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage a pipeline and meet targets
- Cert CII qualification or willingness to obtain within six months
