Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Be the first point of contact for customers, greeting them and serving them at the trade counter.
  • Customer Support: Handle phone calls and assist with customer queries, offering expert advice where necessary.
  • Physical Work: This role involves heavy lifting and requires the ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Warehouse Support: Occasionally help with loading/unloading vehicles and moving stock within the warehouse.
  • Training: Full training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a trade counter or customer service role is a plus, but not essential.
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
