Carbon 60 is looking to recruit an experienced Traffic Regulation Technician for its leading Public Sector client based in Central Bristol

Pay rate is £15.76ph

Working hours are 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday

This role is due to start on 21st October 2024 and last for 9 months

Job purpose

  • To work at entry level in the transport team
  • To ensure that agreed actions and service levels are met
  • To assist in the clients Streetworks Permit Team
  • To draft temporary traffic regulation orders notices in accordance with the relevant procedures
  • To assist the team manager in the delivery of the work programmes
  • To produce technical data information
  • To produce maps, models, graphics and drawings
  • To assist in the day to day delivery of front line customer services

You will need

  • The relevant qualifications at National Qualifications level 3 or at level 2 with commensurate experience (essential)
  • An awareness of the services delivered by a Traffic and Highway maintenance team (essential)
  • Previous experience working in the public sector (desirable)
  • Full UK drivers licence (desirable)
