The Role:
As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring all warranty claims are processed efficiently, accurately, and in line with manufacturer guidelines. Your attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines will be crucial in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Processing warranty claims in line with manufacturer standards

Liaising with customers, technicians, and manufacturers

Ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date

Monitoring claim progress and resolving any discrepancies

Keeping up to date with warranty policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a franchised car dealership in a similar role is essential

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Knowledge of dealership systems and manufacturer processes is advantageous
