Wills and Probate Specialist

We are seeking a Wills and Probate Specialist to join our dedicated team. This role requires a professional with a law degree and extensive knowledge in Wills and Probate, as well as experience in dealing with customers. The position is office-based with no hybrid option, offering a structured work environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide expert advice and services on matters of Wills and Probate.
  • Handle client consultations and meetings to discuss their requirements and provide legal guidance.
  • Prepare and review legal documents related to Wills and Probate.
  • Manage multiple client cases simultaneously, ensuring all legal advice is accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Maintain high levels of client service and care, ensuring all interactions are handled with empathy and professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Law degree (essential).
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Wills and Probate.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive conversations.
  • Proven ability to handle legal documentation with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in direct client interactions and customer service.
