The Role

Digital Tonic is thrilled to be working with a premium, high-quality clothing brand as they look to secure an in-house Paid Media Manager to join the team. This is such a unique opportunity in the market right now, for those with a strong breadth of experience across all major paid media platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, Google Shopping, Pinterest, TikTok and affiliates), as you will take on the ownership of paid media performance, working closely with an external agency. This role would be incredibly well suited to someone coming from an agency background with a strong knowledge of paid media within eCommerce, OR someone looking to take that next step up in their in-house career. We welcome applications from those with a broader channel skillset, but do require significant paid media experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving acquisition across paid search, social, and shopping platforms, working closely with the paid media agency. Your responsibilities will be to lead on the paid media strategy, working closely with the wider brand and marketing team, to support them with brand awareness campaigns. It helps if you’ve previously worked as part of a multi-channel marketing team, as you’ll be working very collaboratively in this role. You’ll be a data-driven marketer who is able to utilise data to inform decisions. From an affiliate marketing perspective, you will work closely with affiliate partners as well as looking after the influencer marketing relationships, which includes negotiation.

Skills and Experience

  • Significant experience in a paid media role across search, social, shopping and affiliates
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Strong knowledge of performance metrics such as CPA, CPC, ROAS, and CTR
  • Experience working within an eCommerce environment
  • Excellent communication and team building skills

Benefits

Depending on experience, there is a salary on offer of c.£40k, plus benefits such as private healthcare, generous discount, flexible working, and staff pilates classes on-site. The office pattern is 3 days a week in the office in Bristol, and 2 days remote working.
