JOB TITLE: Labourer/Garden Maintenance Operative

SALARY BAND: 12.82ph - 14.65ph
LOCATION: Pilning, BS35
Labourer required to join a residential construction project in Pilning. The work will involve meeting the team in Pilning, BS35. From here you will go out in teams to various developments to carry out garden maintenance on new and existing developments/sites.
The site is accessible by public transport and parking is available.
Once you have completed your assignment and Daniel Owen have secured a positive finishing reference, we will do our best to ensure you have another long term assignment to go into.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Keeping site clean and tidy
- General garden maintenance: mowing lawns, cutting hedges etc
- Assisting site team in day to day duties
- Moving materials
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- References for your work as a General Labourer
- CSCS card
- The ability to perform physical manual labour
- Able to get to Pilning, BS35
