We specialise in both residential properties and commercial contracts, including schools.

Role Overview:
As a Domestic Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of gas appliances, central heating systems, and boilers in residential properties and schools. You will provide high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service, ensuring all work complies with safety standards and regulations.There is no call-out rota required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and repair domestic gas appliances (boilers, cookers, fires, etc.)
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to heating systems in both residential homes and schools
  • Perform safety inspections and issue gas safety certificates
  • Provide expert advice to customers on energy efficiency and system maintenance
  • Ensure all work complies with current regulations
  • Keep accurate records of all work carried out, including parts used and customer details

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Domestic Gas Engineer
  • Gas Safe Registered
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., ACS, CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1)
  • Strong knowledge of domestic heating systems, gas appliances, and working within commercial environments such as schools
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
