- Designing impactful materials for print, digital, and video, including brochures, reports, newsletters, and marketing campaigns. On occasion some events and exhibition design.
- Collaborating with internal teams across the business to provide expert guidance on design that align with the brands visual identity.
- Working with the head of design to evolve brand guidelines.
- Managing relationships with external suppliers, such as printers, photographers, and videographers when needed.
- Supporting on-location photo and video shoots and handling image and video editing in post-production.
- Proven experience in a graphic design role, ideally with some experience of business-to-business.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
- Attention to detail with a track record of producing accurate, high-quality designs.
- Any experience video editing using Premiere Pro desirable but not essential.
- Experience working with external suppliers (printers, photographers, videographers).
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of brand guidelines and experience using AI tools for efficiency is a plus.
