Overview / Job Description

DQ Group is a leading IT, Print, Solutions company with its headquarters based in the City of London.

Due to continued growth DQ Group are looking for a workshop Supervisor based at our South West office in Keynesham, Bristol. At least two years experience working on photocopier and printer equipment is essential.

Accountabilities

Organise and manage the workshop to meet business requirements.

PDI equipment within timescales to ensure deliveries and installations are professional and on time.

Prepare and refurbish equipment in line with company procedures and quality guidelines.

Manage the company stock of new and refurbished equipment. Ensure the stock database is accurate and relevant to requirements.

Work closely with our logistics partners to ensure smooth and effective workflow.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years experience within the office equipment industry is essential with a background in photocopier/printer repair preferable. Manufacturer trained on Ricoh, Canon and Kyocera equipment would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.

Strong communication skills

High level technical understanding

Health and safety knowledge in a workshop environment

Must exhibit a good degree of organisational and time management skills
