- Maintain the highest safeguarding standards, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students.
- Proven experience as a Head Teacher in a SEND or specialist provision is essential.
- Strong understanding of working with students with Autism and Communication Needs,
- Deep understanding of the School Improvement process and how to implement effective curriculum models.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
