We are looking for a Level 3 Occupational Health Nurse to join MBDA on a 3-6 month contract working part time. This will be working 2,3 or 4 days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday) hours 8:30/9-4.

This will be working at Golf course lane, Bristol.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen in a pro-active occupational health team for an experienced adaptable OH Nurse who also likes the challenge of multi-tasking and is great working with new developing practices and systems. The role will support the team in delivering a best practice health & wellbeing, health risk management (OH) service to employees.

The Role

Delivering a proactive face to face technical function involving, health surveillance, health pre employment assessments, fitness assessments , lifestyle screening and health & wellbeing campaigns

Or : Delivering a proactive face to face lifestyle health screening and health & wellbeing promotion

What are we looking for?

An NMC Registered Nurse - Essential

Experienced OH Nursing setting - Essential

Phlebotomy skills - essential

Experienced in Spirometry and audiometry (formally trained- essential)

Or Desirable

Travel health vaccinations /experience - essential/ desirable

Passionate about health & wellbeing

ECG skills - desirable - training can be given

A self-starter - to succeed in this role, you need to be proactive, organised and able to multi-task well
