You are a problem solver and building positive and lasting relationships and cultivating them should come naturally to you.
Previous experience in recruitment and specifically healthcare recruitment would be beneficial.

Key responsibilities
- Developing candidate relationships
- Attracting candidates, maintaining a candidate database and building a talent pool of high quality candidates
- Qualifying candidates for roles and working closely with internal team members
- Formatting CV's and writing job specs based on client requirements
- Understanding of social media and marketing and keeping up to date with the latest news in the industry.
- Working closely with our consultants to achieve good outcomes to our clients
