The Role:
As General Manager, youll be at the helm of this thriving business, leading a passionate team and driving success. While we operate within a group structure, youll havethe freedom to shape the pubs direction, implement creative initiatives, and make a real impactbeyond brand templates.

- Proven experienceas a GM in a high-volume, premium food-led site
- A natural leader who can inspire, develop, and retain a top-performing team
- Commercial acumen confident withP&L management, forecasting, and driving revenue
- A passion forexceptional hospitality, food, and drink
