The strategically important General Manager role comes with a salary between 75,000-85,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Group COO you will:
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects and services.
- Guarantee timely completion of deliverables, including data collection and reporting.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and performance standards.
- Collaborate with technical team leaders to create comprehensive and professional proposals that align with business objectives.
- Track and report profit and loss, alongside quarterly business performance metrics, to the executive team.
- Manage invoicing processes efficiently to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Implement effective communication strategies to ensure alignment of client expectations with project outcomes.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, fostering strong, transparent relationships through consistent and professional communication.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement by identifying innovative solutions to enhance processes and resolve challenges.
- Evaluate team capacity and recommend recruitment strategies to address resource gaps and support company expansion
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
- Degree qualified in a technical discipline, ideally electrically biased
- Operational and management experience
- Full driving license
Personal skills
The General Manager role would suit someone who is:
