Responsibilities as the General Manager

Leading and overseeing the daily operations of the Luxury Retirement Village, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments.
Managing and mentoring a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and high standards of care.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
Developing and implementing strategies to enhance resident satisfaction, ensuring personalised service and exceptional hospitality at all times.
Overseeing budgeting and financial management, ensuring operational efficiency and resource allocation in line with the Village's goals and standards.
