Are you an experienced Bristolian General Manager who has experience of running high performing restaurants and has the knowledge of the local area to make a new opening in Bristol flourish.
The successful candidate must have the following:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a busy, fast paced restaurant setting.
- Expertise managing reservations and guest experiences using platforms like SevenRooms, Tevalis, or similar systems.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, compliance, and operational best practices.
- Passion for Jamacian cuisine and a strong understanding of customer engagement.
- Someone who has energy and vibrant.
Key Responsibilites
- Overseedaily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and efficient processes.
- Manage reservations and guest flow using SevenRooms.
- Recruit, train and motivate staff to uphold our brand values.
- Monitor sales, costs, and profitability, driving performance throughstrategic initiatives.
- Foster a positive working environment that reflects our vibrant Jamaican culinary culture.
