What we're looking for:
- Proven experiece as General Manager in a busy fast-paced restaurant setting.
- Expetise managing reservations and guest experiences using platforms like seven rooms, tevalis, or similar systems.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire, train and manage a high-performing team.
- Excellent knwledge of food safety, compliance and operational practices.
- Passion for Jamaican cuisine and a strong understanding of customer engagement.
- Someone who has energy and vibrant.
Key Responsibilites
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and efficient processes.
- Manage reservations and guest flow using seven rooms.
- Recuit, train and motivate staff to uphold our brand values.
- Monitor sales, costs and profitability, driving performance through strategic initatives.
