Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing, scheduling and updating medical appointments.
  • Organise consultant diaries and efficiently plan meetings.
  • Responding to patient enquiries via phone and email.
  • Preparing clinic and patient documents.
  • Processing invoices and payments.
  • Liaising with hospitals and healthcare providers.

About You:

  • Experienced within a Medical/Healthcare Administration position and passionate about providing a quality service.
  • Proficient in healthcare systems and software as well as Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised individual and able to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Confident working independently.
