We are looking for anMulti Skilled Electrical Engineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.
As theMulti Skilled Electrical Engineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
TheMulti Skilled Electrical Engineer,will be responsible for:
- Undertaking inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations, including:
- Pipework inspections, adaptions, and repairs.
- Working to the highest level of service for the client
- Answering queries
- Reporting any defects, and keeping them informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
- Completingall work-related documentation accurately and on time.
- Keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
To be successful for this Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer role you must have:
- The ideal candidate would have a background within Maintenance / Facilities Management environment or similar
- City & Guilds Level 2 / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent / technical diploma.
- You will have knowledge of Health & Safety
- Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working
- Good verbal and written communication
- Physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description.
