Are you a passionate and creative art educator ready to inspire young minds with your love for art and design? We are looking for an enthusiastic Art Teacher to join our team immediately. Expertise in cross departmental subject specialisms (DT, Textiles Photography, Media) is a plus, however our focus is on finding teachers with a deep appreciation for the arts and a commitment to nurturing students' creative talents. We are collaborating with schools dedicated to providing top-quality education, fostering creativity, and promoting student development in a supportive and diverse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver interactive art classes that promote creative expression and discovery.
  • Create a supportive atmosphere that nurtures and aids students.
  • Assess student work and offer targeted advice to advance competency, skills and understanding
  • Apply multimedia and cross-departmental expertise to enrich the art program.

Requirements:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A genuine passion for art and a deep understanding of artistic techniques and principles.
  • Knowledge in photography or Design and Technology (DT) would be advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
