Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to A Level Business students, ensuring high levels of student achievement.
- Utilise innovative teaching methods and resources to enhance the learning experience and meet diverse learning needs.
- Regularly assess and review student progress and provide constructive feedback to foster development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and participate in departmental activities.
- Support students in their academic and personal development, guiding their career ambitions and helping them to realise their potential.
- Contribute to the creation of a supportive and inclusive educational environment that encourages student engagement and a sense of community.
- Proven experience in teaching A Level Business, with a track record of achieving positive student outcomes.
- Familiarity with the Edexcel A Level Business syllabus is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and connect with young people.
- A strong commitment to professional development and staying updated with the latest educational practices.
