Responsibilities:

As a Business Studies Teacher, you will be responsible for fostering students' passion for business and entrepreneurship. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
2. Inspiring and motivating students to achieve their full potential in business studies.
3. Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
4. Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
5. Contributing to the school's extracurricular activities, such as business clubs and competitions.
6. Building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support a nurturing learning environment.

Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

1. Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent, with a strong background in Business Studies.
2. Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment procedures.
3. Passion for teaching and a dedication to nurturing students' interest in business studies.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and staff effectively.

Remuneration and Application:

The school offers a competitive salary, paid to scale, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position, although part-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
