Role Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment for students. Your role will include providing one-on-one support, assisting in classroom management, and fostering students' academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students.
• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe learning environment.
• Assist with lesson planning, preparing materials, and organizing resources.
• Support students with additional learning needs or disabilities.
• Supervise students during break times, outings, and extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

• A passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
