About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our agency and work with schools in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, support teachers, and make a real difference in students' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities.

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.

• Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.

• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) where required.

• Prepare learning materials and assist with administrative tasks.

• Supervise students during breaks and outings.

• Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to enhance student learning.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children (preferred).

• A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ, or equivalent) is desirable.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A patient, compassionate, and positive approach to learning.

• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different classroom settings.

• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
