Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a primary care setting.
- Perform health assessments, vaccinations, and chronic disease management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of nursing protocols and care plans.
- Collaborate with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
- Previous experience in a primary care setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to continuing professional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
