The Role

Our fantastic Commercial Performance team currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Revenue Administrator to join us in our Bristol office on an 18 month contract.

The role is pivotal in supporting the business with data led decision making, accurate and timely reporting, analysis of sales and pricing trends and identifying commercial opportunities and risks. The team is also responsible for managing rooms on sale and pricing for both core and short term let bookings. This role will be key to supporting the team with data management, change tracking and process management.

What you`ll be doing

  • Actioning and tracking price and tenancy changes
  • Set up and ongoing management of short term let rules and pricing
  • Reconciling discrepancies in sales and income reporting
  • Monitoring of competitor pricing and offers
  • Preparation and cleansing of datasets
  • Tracking of rooms off sale
  • Providing sales team with regular and ad hoc data
  • Responsibility for data management within Commercial Performance Team, including actioning erasure requests from the Data Protection Team
  • Other daily activities as required to support members of Commercial Performance Team in their duties
