Tate are working with a local authority in their search for a Housing Coordinator on a temporary basis.

You would be based in the Home Ownership Team to provide an excellent core Landlord service to customers and ensure the management is in accordance with the terms of Leases, Legislation, Regulation, and Best Practice.

Key responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls from customers on a daily basis in order to assess right to buy applications
  • Completing eligibility checks
  • Liaising with other Social Housing Providers and internal stakeholders through to right to buy completions
  • Maintain accurate records, data on IT systems/housing management systems as appropriate to ensure accuracy of management information
  • Supporting the Home Ownership Management team in responding to complaints and any requests for compensation.
