Kingswood Group are delighted to be assisting with the recruitment of a Learning & Development Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Bristol.

This role offers the opportunity to work as part of a collaborative team, providing essential administrative support to the highly regarded Learning & Development function.

Candidates with an HR Administration background, with experience or a passion for L&D would be best suited. 

Duties to include;

  • Be the first point of contact for all L&D queries
  • Co-ordination of all pre-event administration & logistical processes for various courses and development programmes
  • Prompt processing of training related invoices.
  • Live logistical support during our courses and development programmes to ensure a high quality experience for all attendees
  • Support the implementation of L&D projects from time to time 

  Experience required;

  • Previous L&D or HR Administration experience
  • The ability to effectively multi-task and prioritise
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills 
  • The ability to effectively multi-task and prioritise
  • High attention to detail
