Kingswood Group are delighted to be assisting with the recruitment of a Learning & Development Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Bristol.
This role offers the opportunity to work as part of a collaborative team, providing essential administrative support to the highly regarded Learning & Development function.
Candidates with an HR Administration background, with experience or a passion for L&D would be best suited.Â
Duties to include;
- Be the first point of contact for all L&D queries
- Co-ordination of all pre-event administration & logistical processes for various courses and development programmes
- Prompt processing of training related invoices.
- Live logistical support during our courses and development programmes to ensure a high quality experience for all attendees
- Support the implementation of L&D projects from time to timeÂ
 Experience required;
- Previous L&D or HR Administration experience
- The ability to effectively multi-task and prioritise
- Excellent organisational and communication skillsÂ
