Role Objective: As a Client Services Executive, your main objective will be to build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers throughout all phases of the recruitment process. Your goal will be to ensure that Signature is their first call for any temporary and permanent staffing requirements. You will be responsible for retaining existing clients and driving growth within those accounts and with new business.

What we’re looking for…?

  • Experience.?Previous experience in a role that required managing B2B relationships and delighting customers by providing excellent service.?Work experience from within the recruitment sector is an advantage but not necessary.
  • Characteristics. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining diligent while operating under pressure. You will be a person who can build positive relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues. We want someone who is emotionally intelligent and has grit, an innate desire to learn, develop, and do a great job.
  • Skills. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, especially when on the phone. You will also have excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Project managing from inception of new vacancies, managing relationships with hiring managers and working in close partnership with placement coordinators to achieve successful placements
  • Growing your desk by developing relationships with existing clients and identifying, acquiring and retaining new relationships and business opportunities
  • Developing your market knowledge to position yourself as the market expert to your clients and to future-proof the growth of your book of clients
