- Collaborate with local HR representatives to deliver global HR objectives.
- Review and update HR strategies
- Evaluate HR resources, roles, and skillsets to ensure operational excellence.
- Develop and implement a global recruitment strategy, including career development frameworks and retention strategies.
- Design and execute a global Learning and Development strategy.
- Support global employee relations.
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and data management and salary benchmarking.
- Manage and develop direct reports.
- Coordinate the annual performance and salary review processes.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to enhance employee and manager experiences.
- Data management and reporting including HRMI & KPI reporting.
- Serve as a key liaison between HR and payroll.
- Experience with HR systemsÂ
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and ability to manage complex cases.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Initiative-driven, thrives in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Demonstrates strong people management and leadership skills.
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management is desirable.
