The Role:

  • Development and implantation of HR policies and procedures
  • Managing the recruitment process of both corporate, players and hospitality employees
  • Manage employee onboarding and oversee training
  • Grow and supervise the HR team

Experience Required:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience, with a strong background in the sporting, leisure or hospitality industry. Experience should be general with a good understanding of all aspects of the HR function.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive Attitude: A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • HR Expertise: Knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
