Our client is a specialist manufacturer of high-complex tolerance components in the Aerospace Engineering field. With extensive machining capabilities allowing this business to take on the toughest aerospace engineering challenges.

Responsibilities for the HR manager

  • Responsible for ERP/HR Systems and upgrades
  • Continuously improving the current HR infrastructure
  • Leading disciplinary and absence/RTW processes
  • Writing and submission of offer letters, contracts and resignation/termination documentation
  • Management of the employee benefits and portals
  • Daily internal and external liaison/booking for transport and business trips
  • Public affairs and external communications
  • Assisting with other ad hoc HR projects as and when required
Essential skills, knowledge and experience required for the HR Manager
  • 3 years + HR Experience
  • Experience using ERP/HR Systems
  • Strong communication skills and strong work ethics
