Location: Bristol
Salary: 55,000 - 60,000 DOE
Our client is a specialist manufacturer of high-complex tolerance components in the Aerospace Engineering field. With extensive machining capabilities allowing this business to take on the toughest aerospace engineering challenges.
Responsibilities for the HR manager
- Responsible for ERP/HR Systems and upgrades
- Continuously improving the current HR infrastructure
- Leading disciplinary and absence/RTW processes
- Writing and submission of offer letters, contracts and resignation/termination documentation
- Management of the employee benefits and portals
- Daily internal and external liaison/booking for transport and business trips
- Public affairs and external communications
- Assisting with other ad hoc HR projects as and when required
Essential skills, knowledge and experience required for the HR Manager
- 3 years + HR Experience
- Experience using ERP/HR Systems
- Strong communication skills and strong work ethics
