As HR Manager you will be responsible for:
- HR Strategy and processes development and implementation
- Success Management and training
- Employee Relations
- HR Business Partnering
- Managing the recruitment process
- Ad hoc HR projects and Admin
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- CIPD Level 5
- Experience developing and implementing HR strategies
- Hard working, highly motivated and self starting
- Confident stakeholder manager
