We're currently looking to recruit a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead -to join our Clients Talent Development & OD team. Reporting to the Director of Org Development, this is a great opportunity to inspire and lead on a project of vital importance and to make a real difference to DE&I in a growing international organisation.

The role is highly visible and is well suited for a strategic thinking candidate who has proven project management experience, established stakeholder influencing and relationship management skills and can deliver in a dynamic, fast paced environment, taking a pragmatic approach towards solving problems.

Previous experience of implementing impactful disability and inclusion improvement projects/programmes and a high level knowledge of workplace adjustments and employment law as it applies to disability and neurodiversity are key requirements for this role.

The role:
* Leading the design and delivery of the ED&I Action Plan ensuring all work is aligned to the overall HR and Business strategy
* Collaborating with key internal stakeholders including our internal colleague networks, the DEI Project Leads for Social Mobility and the ED&I Projects Lead for Race & Ethnicity to deliver the action plan
* Building a network of external disability & neurodiversity organisations and trusted advisers to support delivery of the plan
* Gathering, analysing and reporting progress on the programme of work
* Partnering with Communications and Engagement to produce internal and external messages and updates on the progress of the ED&I Action Plan
What We're Looking For
You will be a good match if you:
* Have specific experience of working on disability and neurodiversity inclusion projects and programmes.
* Have demonstrable experience of building inclusive cultures and a good understanding of the broad landscape of DE&I
* Are a Change Catalyst - a track record of managing and delivering change programmes while maintaining colleague engagement
* Can act as Coach/Trusted Advisor - demonstrate experience of influencing senior leaders using a consultancy approach focusing on achieving business outcomes
* Can demonstrate communication skills with the ability to share complex information in a clear way
* Are able to value diverse perspectives and build consensus across divisions and with senior leaders
