Reed Accountancy are thrilled to be partnering with a global law firm based in Central Bristol on their search for an experienced Payroll Manager to lead the busy payroll team to success.

Day-to-day of the role:- Manage the performance of a team of 6 payroll coordinators.
- Oversee the operational aspects of payroll processing for both UK and international payrolls.
- Inspire staff to excel in their roles by encouraging creativity and identifying opportunities to enhance service and process efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with UK payroll regulations and effectively manage the complexities of international payroll.
- Proven experience managing a UK payroll within a professional services environment.
- Expert knowledge of UK payroll regulations and a strong ability to handle international payroll complexities.
- Experience with payroll management systems, preferably Workday.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of improving team performance and processes.
