Reed Accountancy are thrilled to be partnering with a global law firm based in Central Bristol on their search for an experienced Payroll Manager to lead the busy payroll team to success.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage the performance of a team of 6 payroll coordinators.
  • Oversee the operational aspects of payroll processing for both UK and international payrolls.
  • Inspire staff to excel in their roles by encouraging creativity and identifying opportunities to enhance service and process efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with UK payroll regulations and effectively manage the complexities of international payroll.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing a UK payroll within a professional services environment.
  • Expert knowledge of UK payroll regulations and a strong ability to handle international payroll complexities.
  • Experience with payroll management systems, preferably Workday.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of improving team performance and processes.
