Your new roleWe are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking and practical Senior Payroll Manager to lead the UK Payroll team for this firm in continuing to deliver an exceptional payroll service. This is a hands-on, operational role which will oversee the preparation, distribution, processing and the reporting of payroll ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.In this role, you can expect to get involved in a variety of work including

  • Managing the performance of the team and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and best practice inspiring staff to give their best in their roles.
  • The company encourage creativity and any opportunities to bring in service and process enhancements.
  • While the primary focus for the role is the UK payroll there will an increasing involvement in supporting the effective management and delivery of the international payrolls.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience of managing a UK payroll within a professional services environment
  • Expert knowledge of UK payroll regulations
  • The ability to navigate the complexities of international payroll
