Ideally you'll have proven success in:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the Manufactruing or Engineering sectors
- Negotiating terms of business with clients
- Lead and managing a team conducting 1-2-1 appraisals
- Scaling a team and onboarding new recruiters
- P&L responsbilities
- Mentoring consultants to drive success
- Achieving billing targets
- Maintaining high level of profressionalism, leading by example
- Ensuring all recruitment processes comply with legal and ethical standards.
