If you are immediately available to start a new role, this leading global business would like to meet you. They are looking for someone who has been working as an HR Officer or HR Advisor for the past couple of years and is looking for a challenging role with plenty of exciting HR projects.
This is certainly one of the most interesting and exciting clients I have the pleasure of working with. Everyone in the team shares a passion for providing a first-class HR service and when I asked them to describe their culture they said:
"Jo - we are a team who 'work to live' not 'live to work'. We all love our jobs and are passionate about HR, but we certainly don't work long hours, and all have busy lives outside of the office."
You can tell the moment that you meet them that they all get along really well and love being part of a small local HR team (with a Global reach). I asked them to describe the best thing about working there and one of the team commented:
"I enjoy the variety of work and have learnt more in six months here than I did in 3 years at my last employer".
The offices are bright, modern and light. This role would suit a career-minded HR professional who is looking to develop their career with the support of a great team and would offer you the opportunity to get involved in a number of exciting projects they are working on this year.
Here's what to expect:
- The opportunity to challenge existing HR ways of working and a business with an appetite for HR.
- Providing advice and support on a range of HR issues including terms and conditions of employment, family friendly policies, appraisal process, long term sick issues and other absence.
- Manage disciplinary and grievance procedures.
