HR Advisor - Employee Relations Focus
I'm currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Advisor for a well-established client in Bristol Central, on a part-time (15 hours per week), temporary (approximately 8-weeks) basis, to start ASAP.
You must have Employee Relations experience to support the HR Business Partners.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support in various employee relations matters including absence management, investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances.
- Collaborate effectively with managers and other team members to ensure smooth operation and adherence to company policies.
- Focus predominantly on ER case management, applying expertise to resolve issues efficiently and equitably.
