FIND is working with a leading Education setting to support their recruitment for a new HR Advisor role to join their high performing team. This is a role that is "number 2" to the HR Director and will cover all aspects of the HR function.*** Please note this is a role that is on-site, 5 days a week. ***Duties for this role include-

First point of contact for all HR Enquiries to the team
Policy review and implementation
Oversight of Performance Management, grievances, disciplinaries, absence management
Manage the recruitment, safeguarding and onboarding, as well as payroll
ER Case Management

The ideal candidate for this role-

is from an education setting background (desirable)
holds CIPD Level 3 qualification
has extensive knowledge of HR Law
is an outstanding communicator
has a great eye for detail
