FIND is working with a leading Education setting to support their recruitment for a new HR Advisor role to join their high performing team.  This is a role that is "number 2" to the HR Director and will cover all aspects of the HR function.*** Please note this is a role that is on-site, 5 days a week. ***Duties for this role include-
  • First point of contact for all HR Enquiries to the team
  • Policy review and implementation
  • Oversight of Performance Management, grievances, disciplinaries, absence management
  • Manage the recruitment, safeguarding and onboarding, as well as payroll
  • ER Case Management
The ideal candidate for this role-
  • is from an education setting background (desirable)
  • holds CIPD Level 3 qualification
  • has extensive knowledge of HR Law
  • is an outstanding communicator
  • has a great eye for detail
