- Policy review and implementation
- Oversight of Performance Management, grievances, disciplinaries, absence management
- Manage the recruitment, safeguarding and onboarding, as well as payroll
- ER Case Management
- is from an education setting background (desirable)
- holds CIPD Level 3 qualification
- has extensive knowledge of HR Law
- is an outstanding communicator
- has a great eye for detail
